Effective November 27, 2013, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the “Corporation”) appointed Thomas Scannapieco, previously serving as an Alternate Director of the Corporation, to serve as a Class I Director of the Corporation with a term expiring at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Scannapieco is the President and CEO of Scannapieco Development Corporation, which provides him with significant knowledge of the local real estate market (both commercial and residential).
