On November 13, 2013, Mr. Phillip M. Suarez, Executive Vice President, Senior Loan Officer, announced his intention to retire in the fourth quarter of 2014. Mr. Suarez joined Consumers in 2000 and has served in various positions within the lending area, including Chief Credit Officer as well as Senior Loan Officer.
