On November 15, 2013, FS Energy and Power Fund issued a press release providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and announcing the details of its third quarter shareholder conference call, which will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
