On November 13, 2013, Jeff Winkler, Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (the "Corporation"), resigned from the Corporation. Mr. Winkler's resignation is effective as of November 15, 2013.
