Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 13, 2013, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2013 to shareholders of record on November 29, 2013. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
