On November 7, 2013, Mark L. Wetzel tendered his resignation as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (the “Company”).
(c)
On November 8, 2103, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Jeffrey H. Foster as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Foster, 51, has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since July 2007. From April 2005 to May 2007, Mr. Foster served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Global Signal, Inc., now Crown Castle International Corp., which owns, leases and manages communication towers and other communications sites.
On November 11, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Wetzel as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Foster as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer the Company. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
