Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 12, 2013, ZaZa Energy Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and announcing it will hold a conference call to discuss those results.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
