Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Wendy Schoppert, executive vice president and CFO, has announced her decision to resign from her position within the next few months. Wendy will remain on as CFO until the company identifies her permanent successor.
“My decision reflects a need to focus on my family at this time,” said Schoppert. “I remain confident in Select Comfort’s strategy and competitive advantages as well as its strong balance sheet and management team.”
“We value the contributions Wendy has made to the company during her tenure,” said Shelly Ibach, president and CEO. “Her personal decision and commitment to an orderly transition are characteristic of the integrity and dedication Wendy has demonstrated in her leadership. We intend to immediately launch a search for her successor."
