Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 11, 2013, QLT issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Anido from the Board of Directors of QLT. The full text of the press release announcing the resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
