ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2013, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (the "Company") reported its results of operations for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Report").
