ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 11, 2013, Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain operational and performance metrics for its portfolio for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Representatives of the Company will attend the Annual Convention of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“NAREIT”) in San Francisco, California on November 13-15, 2013, during which time they will meet with various investors and analysts. Copies of the materials presented at the conference are available on the investor relations section at www.empirestaterealtytrust.com and are also furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
