Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 4, 2013, SBA Communications Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, and providing its fourth quarter 2013 guidance, updating its full year 2013 guidance and providing its full year 2014 guidance. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
