Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
CVR Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), a manufacturer of ammonia and urea ammonium nitrate solution fertilizer products, reported that during its earnings conference call earlier today (which began at 10:00 AM Eastern Time), the timing of the Partnership’s next full facility turnaround was inadvertently misstated as being scheduled to occur in 2016 instead of 2015. The Partnership’s next full facility turnaround is expected to occur in 2015.
