On October 30, 2013, Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will release results for the third quarter of 2013 following the close of trading on Monday, November 4, 2013 and hold an earnings conference call on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 10:00 am. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the earnings release and conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
