| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On October 24, 2013, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the second quarter ended September 28, 2013, as well as revised estimated third quarter and fiscal 2014 comparable store sales growth and diluted earnings per share. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 24, 2013, the Company also announced the completion of the acquisition of 10 Curry’s Auto Service stores located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Further, the Company announced that it signed definitive agreements to acquire 10 stores in Delaware, Maryland and Kentucky. Further details are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
