On October 22, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors elected Charles S. Hyle as a member of the Board. Mr. Hyle was also appointed to serve on the Audit Committee of the board. In connection with his election, Mr. Hyle was granted 1,000 restricted stock units under the Company’s 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan that vest in 2 equal annual installments beginning October 22, 2014.
