Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal year
Effective October 17, 2013, the Company completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock. The number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding post- reverse stock split is 16,230,754. All fractional shares have been rounded up to the next whole share. There is no reduction in the number of the Company’s shareholders of record. The Company’s trading symbol will be PWOND. The trading symbol will revert back to PWON on November 14, 2013, twenty (20) business days after the effective date of the reverse stock split.
