On October 14, 2013, Bernard G. Ille resigned from the Board of Directors of LSB Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, due to health reasons resulting in his inability to perform his duties as a director. Mr. Ille did not resign over any disagreement with the Company’s Board of Directors or its management. Mr. Ille served on the Board of Directors of the Company since 1971.
