Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 15, 2013, PDI, Inc. issued a press release announcing the signing of a U.S. collaboration agreement with Transgenomic, Inc. to commercialize CardioPredictTM, a molecular diagnostic test developed by Transgenomic.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
