On October 7, 2013, Bruce Schroder, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Jamba, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his resignation from the Company, effective immediately.
With Mr. Schroder’s departure, on October 7, 2013 the Company appointed Chris Beeson to be Senior Vice President Store Operations, with responsibility for both company and franchise stores. Mr. Beeson, age 53, has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President Franchise Operations since July 2012 and has been with the Company since November 2004. Previously, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Company Operations, Vice President of Company Operations and as Regional Director of Operations.
