Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On October 7, 2013, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”), completed the sale of Camelback Mountain Resort (“Camelback”), a ski and snowboard resort located in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania.
