On October 7, 2013, OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (“OCZ”) issued press releases announcing (1) the restatement of financial results for prior periods which includes fiscal years 2009 through 2012, and the first quarter of fiscal 2013, which ended May 31, 2012; (2) financial results for previously unreported quarters for fiscal 2013 and (3) financial results for the first fiscal quarter of 2014, ended May 31, 2013. Copies of the press releases are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
