On September 30, 2013, William R. Hambrecht notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Truett-Hurst, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election as a director of the Company. Mr. Hambrecht will continue to serve as a director until his term expires at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held on November 20, 2013. Mr. Hambrecht expressed no disagreements with the Company relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
