Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 1, 2013, Freddie Mac (formally known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into agreements with three financial institutions concerning Freddie Mac’s claims related to representations and warranties on single-family loans sold to Freddie Mac.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
