On June 13, 2013, Cleco Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Filing") to report the election of Vicky A. Bailey to the Board of Directors of the Company effective June 13, 2013. At the time of the Original Filing, the Board of Directors had not made a determination regarding any committee assignments for Ms. Bailey. The Company is filing this amended Current Report on Form 8-K/A to report that on July 26, 2013, the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Bailey to the Audit Committee and the Nominating/Governance Committee.
Other than the preceding disclosure, no other disclosure reported in the Original Filing is amended pursuant to this Report.
