On September 24, 2013, Michael J. McElroy, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd. (HLSS), informed HLSS that he was resigning effective October 11, 2013 to pursue other opportunities. HLSS has begun a search to find his replacement.
The information required by Items 401(b), (d) and (e) and 404(a) of Regulation S-K with respect to Michael J. McElroy is contained in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed on April 10, 2013 and Form 10-K filed on February 7, 2013, and shall be incorporated by reference in this 8-K.
