On September 20, 2013, Sport Chalet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Craig L. Levra, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was recently interviewed by The Wall Street Transcript. The interview appeared in the publication’s September 16, 2013, Retail Industry Report. A copy of the press release and transcript of the interview are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Report.
