Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(b) On September 19, 2013, Justin L. Smith notified Mediabistro Inc. that he is resigning as a member of Mediabistro’s Board of Directors effective September 19, 2013. Mr. Smith’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with Mediabistro on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, but rather was due to personal reasons.
