On September 18, 2013, Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the initial shipment of naltrexone hydrochloride 50 mg tablets was made to TAGI Pharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Precision Dose, triggering a milestone payment under the License, Manufacturing and Supply Agreement.
A copy of the press release is being finished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
