Attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of a press release issued by Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) on September 17, 2013 announcing the declaration of a dividend in the amount of $0.30 per share on all outstanding shares of common stock of the Company for the fourth quarter of 2013. The dividend is payable December 17, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2013.
