On September 9, 2013, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”) announced in a press release that the “Company” has awarded $150,000 in cash prizes to students and high schools nationwide as part of its tuxedo rental Prom Rep program. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
