Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 4, 2013, Marlin Business Services Corp. announced that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a special cash dividend of $2.00 per common share, payable on September 26, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2013. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
