Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 28, 2013, FedFirst Financial Corporation (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company's outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.06 per share will be paid on or about September 30, 2013 to stockholders of record on September 16, 2013.
