On August 22, 2013, Joseph G. Kishkill, the Senior Vice President of Exterran GP LLC and a named executive officer for 2012, resigned from that position effective August 27, 2013, to pursue another business opportunity.  Exterran GP LLC is the general partner of Exterran General Partner, L.P., which is our general partner.
