Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 26, 2013, we issued a press release announcing the initial production from our RU-1A oil well sidetrack. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is our press release relating to the RU-1A well, as referred to above and in Item 8.01 below.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 17, 2013, the company completed and brought online its RU-1A well on the Osprey platform in the Cook Inlet, Alaska. Starting with the first full day of production after its being brought online, the well has produced more than 700 barrels of oil per day, on average.
