Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 16, 2013, Corey A. Lambrecht, President and Chief Operating Officer of our wholly owned subsidiary Earth911, Inc. (“Earth911”), left his position with Earth911 to pursue other opportunities. We thank him for his contributions to our company and we wish him well in his future endeavors. In connection with Mr. Lambrecht’s departure, our Board of Directors extended the period during which Mr. Lambrecht may exercise his vested stock options to one year following the date of his departure.
