Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 18, 2013, the board of directors of Progaming Platforms Corp. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Boaz Lowenstein as Chief Technical Officer and director of the Company. Mr. Lowenstein informed the Company that the reason for his resignation was the time commitment requirements of his present employment position, which rendered him unable to devote time and efforts to the Company. Mr. Lowenstein had no disagreements with the Company's operations, policies or practices.
