Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 20, 2013, Bergio International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Bergio International Announces Second Quarter Results” regarding the Company’s financial results for the period ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
