Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2013, EMRISE Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “EMRISE Announces 2013 Second Quarter and Six-Month Results” regarding the Company’s financial results for the period ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
