Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(e) Employment Agreements. On August 9, 2013, BCB Community Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into an employment agreement with Amer Saleem, Chief Lending Officer of the Company and the Bank (the “New Agreement”). The New Agreement provides the terms of Mr. Saleem’s employment with the Bank for the time period commencing on July 30, 2013, through July 30, 2014.
The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the New Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 of this Form 8-K, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
