On August 8, 2013, Michael E. Falk, General Counsel for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, voluntarily resigned for personal reasons from the board of directors of Cellular Dynamics International, Inc. Mr. Falk was not a member of any committees of the board of directors.
