On July 17, 2013 Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp., or the Company, filed a Current Report on Form 8-K, or the Form 8-K, reporting the election of Daryl J. Carter to its Board of Directors. This amendment provides supplemental information the Form 8-K.
On August 1, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company, or the Board, appointed Daryl J. Carter to the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
