Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 26, 2013 Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (“Salisbury”) the holding company for Salisbury Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2013. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Board of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.28 per common share quarterly cash dividend at their July 26, 2013 meeting. The dividend will be paid on August 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of August 9, 2013.
