Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
Pursuant to Section 78.320 of the Nevada Revised Statues, any action required or permitted to be taken at a meeting of the stockholders may be taken without a meeting if a written consent to such action is signed by stockholders holding at least a majority of the voting power. On July 16, 2013, we received written consent from the holders of 55.83% of our company’s voting securities and the board of directors to change our company’s name to “Fuhuiyuan International Holdings Limited”.
The amendment is currently under review with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). We will announce the completion of FINRA review and the effectiveness of the amendment on the market by filing a Current Report on Form 8-K.
