Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 24, 2013, Gary Zamieroski’s service as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing of Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated (the “Company”) terminated. Mr. Zamieroski will assist the Company through a short transition period. Mr. Zamieroski’s departure was not related to any disagreement or dispute with the Company.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
Effective July 24, 2013, Santiago Crespo was appointed as the Company’s Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. A copy of the press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Crespo is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
