On July 17, 2013, the board of directors of Red Mountain Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from May 31 to June 30, effective as of June 30, 2013.
No transition report is required to be filed by the Company. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended September 30, 2013 will include the transition period of May 31, 2013 through June 30, 2013.
