Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 18, 2013, New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) issued a press release announcing third quarter earnings guidance for fiscal 2013 and an updated long-term forecast. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
