Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 17, 2013, Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. issued a press release reporting its initial estimate of losses related to several natural catastrophes that occurred in the second quarter of 2013, including flooding in Canada and Europe and various tornadoes occurring in the United States. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
