On July 15, 2013, Koppers Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a reduction to 2013 profit guidance. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and only those portions of the press release relating to results for the second quarter of 2013 are incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
