At the Board of Directors meeting for Evans Bancorp, Inc. ("the Company") on June 18, 2013, Nancy W. Ware announced her resignation as a Director of the Board of Directors of Evans Bancorp, Inc., effective June 18, 2013. Mrs. Ware has resigned to focus on her business and personal interests. Mrs. Ware was a member of the Nominating and Governance Committees and served as a Director of the Company since April 2003.
